EditByBSEditor: Extends ReSharper with a number of features related to application localization, globalization and resources. Provides resource refactorings like MOVE String to resource and Rename resource, analyses string literal usages and suggests moving them to resources, adds context actions for string manipulation. Allows to generate more safety resx code wrapper by SafeResx and adds any very helpful features.
