This Physical Screening Test practice APP for Navy Special Forces is a shift in fitness apps utilizing the best features in mobile technology. The APP is programmed to detect specific exercise movement throughout the timed event for users that want to test their mettle to see if they have what it takes physically to just get their foot in the door as a potential candidate to become a Navy SEAL, EOD Tech, Diver, Special Warfare Combatant Crewmember, or AIR Rescue Swimmer. This APP can also be used to practice for the SEAL Fitness Challenge or practice for the Navy PRT.

You can play your music when using it too! The voice-in guidance is set so you can hear the commands.

How do you compare, do you have what it takes?

Equipment & SOP: Ensure that you utilize mobile phone arm band worn on the upper left tricep area facing away from you. Only turn towards you to press start and stop and return to tricep for movement detection.

Use approved waterproof case and earbuds if used in-water for swim phase. Will only count Military "hands over shoulder push-ups. Curl-ups are done arms crossed over chest and elbows touch thighs for proper counts." For pull-ups, your chin must reach the bar to count. Any error counts or non counts can be edited for correction while performing the self screening. Plays your iTunes while in use!
