DBScripter is an ODBC database utility that creates a script of a database.
Editor: DBScripter is an ODBC database utility that creates a script of a database. A script is a series of SQL commands that, when run, will Create a replication of the database or a portion of the database you scripted in the DBMS you are running.

Any database that supports ODBC access can be scripted by DBScripter. The databases DO NOT have to be on your machine, as long as they are accessible from the machine running DBScripter.

DBScripter can script any database on four different levels, each level can be used individually, or in conjunction to create a full replication of the database鈥檚 structure, data and indexes.

Structure Scripting - This level will create a script of the tables in the database. It will find the tables that are available in the database, or only those that you may have selected and create a script that includes the definition of each table, their columns and data types. You can use the Advanced Structure Options to control the behavior of the script, any special formatting required, or items to be included or excluded, etc.

Data Scripting - This level will create a script of the data found in all/selected tables in the database. It will create insert Statements to replicate all the data found onto another database. Set the Advanced Data Options for any special formatting, as well as for inclusion of a delete statement before each tables data insertion.
