The general RAAS workflow is as follows:
Upon installation, the RAAS administrator configures the desired request input criteria, such as Release Number, Customer Name, etc.
Requested change information is entered through RAAS by your developers, end users, and who ever else is granted access
Requested changes go into the approval queue, where they may be approved, changed, or sent back to the Submitter for modification.
