Rep coach is a simple app to count out a rhythm at a specified tempo i.e. you give it the rhythm "Up 3 Down 2" and it will speak "up, one, two, three, down, one, two...." until stopped.
Rep Coach is particularly useful for repetitive exercises where each repetition has multiple moves, and for exercises where the main goal is to hold a certain position for a period of time. For example, physiotherapy movement exercises, or core body stability exercises such as planks.
Rep Coach also keeps track of the number of repetitions performed during a session.
