The approach is different to other Similar utilities in that it uses variables that are defined in your Word templates, in the places you want the data to be inserted. Word PhoneBook Lite is free for you to use. There is a limitation of 50 names in the database, but other from that, the program will
enable you to work with your documents in a much more convenient way.

Finally it has the option to Extract from the database selected records and Create a Mail Merge data document. Also, a comprehensive Import and Export Wizard is provided so that you can share your database with virtually any other program.
