Outlook 2010 Beta users MUST uninstall the Outlook Social Connector before installing the February 2010 Beta 32-bit to avoid crashing:
1. In Microsoft Windows, click the Start button, and then click Control Panel.
2. Do one of the following:
o Windows 7 and Windows Vista Click Programs, and then click Programs and Features. Click the name of Microsoft Office 2010, and then click Change.
o Microsoft Windows XP Click Add or Remove Programs, and then click Change or Remove Programs. Click the name of Microsoft Office 2010, and then click Change
3. In the Microsoft Office 2010 Setup dialog Box, click Add or Remove Features, and then click Next.
4. Click the plus sign (+) to expand the Microsoft Outlook folder, then click the plus sign (+) to expand Outlook Add-ins folder to view the Outlook Social Connector.
5. Click the plus sign (+) to expand the Outlook Social Connector and click on Not Available
6. Click Continue and complete the removal of the Outlook Social Connector.
