Editor: It started with an email from a customer in Australia who wrote me that over there half baths are called ensuites and while he considered our other program for real estate agents he preferred Mind Your Own Listings. Well, after quite a few email exchanges I have now completed Mind Your Own Listings 2007. The new version is almost completely re-written and has a new Microsoft Access database for the backend. Changing things like First Name to Fore Name and Last Name to Sur Name and Half Bath to Ensuite is as easy as editing a text file. The current version only allowed for .bmp (bitmap) graphics while MYOL 2007 will allow .bmp, jpg, and gif files - 3 photos instead of just one. More Details have been added such as recording buyer preferences in separate fields instead of just in a Note field. Each listing may have unlimited Notes and Contacts. The new version includes not only Report and Spreadsheet wizards but a powerful end user report designer with mail merge features and more. Save reports as .pdf files of .html files to upload to your website. I am even providing a set of web pages that would allow those who want to host their listings on a web server the ability to do that, too.

While the changes in the pending release are substantial, the site license price has also gone up to reflect the effort that has gone into the new version.
