There is no help with this application. To capture an image from a Frame:

Click the Source button and browse to your movie.

If you want to embed text in the image type it into the Embedded Text Box, otherwise clear the Default text.

Select the frame that you want to capture with the slider and the single frame navigation buttons.

Click the Capture button.
