Note: While CallScreen warns about unwanted callers in CallerID, and can disable your phones ringer for their calls, Apple doesn't allow apps to physically block calls. And all CallScreen numbers can be cleared from your phone in seconds by turning off "CallerID" in the Options view. If you delete the app before clearing, simply reinstall to clear them.
