This magazine is released by KOKDU MUSEUM in Dongsoong Art Center for free. It is kind of the culture magazine Application to introduce KOKDU. KOKDU is a Korean traditional sculpture carving of human or animal. In other words, it is a kind of wooden figure. KOKDU MUSEUM has about 20,000 KOKDUs, which has been opened since 2010, and tried to disperse cultural value of KOKDU. Publishing magazine “KOKJI” is one of the trials. “KOKJI” means abbreviation for “KOKDU MUSEUM MAGAZINE”, also meaning a knob opening the door to enter KOKDU world.
