External GPS device (or mapipo GT6 app) and Wi-Fi connection are required if using navigation capability on iPod touch/iPad Wi-Fi.

Be able to install to iPod touch 4G, but may be unstable because of insufficient memory.

Support mapipo GT6 (GPS Transmitter).
Now you can get GPS from iPhone 4 or later model and transmit to iPad Wi-Fi or iPod Touch via Bluetooth.
You will see "mGT" button on top menu bar for iPad or on audio menu for iPod touch.
Tap "mGT" button to start searching iPhone.
FREE mapipo GT6 is available in App Store.

When connecting to mapipo GT6, mapipo 6 will try to update GPS information even if in background task.
Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
To avoid this, please disconnect from mapipo GT after using this app.
When you connect both external GPS and iPhone tethering, it is recommend to turn off location service in iPhone. iPad/iPod touch may catch Wi-Fi location information primary and current location will be not precise.
