✔ Record pain levels in unlimited areas

Create markers and label unlimited pain areas on your male or female avatar - to record, a simple tap on each area and an intuitive slider design from 0 - 10 allows you to document your pain levels in a matter of seconds.

✔ Record your medications and treatments

Analyzing the type, dosage and duration of your medications and treatments gives you a comprehensive insight into your pain management. Medications and treatments are divided into two areas in Chronica - As-Needed and Regular. As-Needed‘s are recorded as you go, where as regular’s are preset and will be automatically recorded. Regular medications and treatments can also be paused or deleted at any time for maximum control and accuracy.

Medications could include anything recorded in mg/mls, from prescription medication through to supplements - such as vitamins and minerals.

Treatments can be used to record time based approaches used to manage your pain. For example, heat bags/ice packs, meditation, psychology, physiotherapy, exercise.

Chronica is all about you – so you take control by creating custom data sliders to measure other important areas surrounding your chronic pain. Chronica provides 2 pre-set suggestions to help get you started – activity levels and mood levels. Sliders use a 0 – 10 scale and can be individually titled. A written description can be added to each numerical value, for more recording flexibility. Some examples of data sliders could include, sleep patterns, social activity etc.

Other things may happen that can influence your pain levels, so making a note of these events can create a better picture of your chronic pain.

✔ Compare up to five different data sets with a visual chart

Comparing your pain levels and other recorded data on a visual chart can help determine patterns and correlations, providing insight into your pain. Chronica allows you to view your data at flexible time intervals - hourly, daily, weekly, monthly or yearly.

✔ Export to PDF or CSV

Export your created chart and notes history as a detailed PDF and email this to yourself or to others. Alternatively, you can e-mail all your data as a CSV file, which can be imported into spreadsheet programs for further analysis. Chronica also backs up your data to iTunes and this can be easily synchronized to other devices.
