➥ DESCRIPTION
IdeaMenu offers recipes for theme dinners. Various dishes will make up complete and coordinated Menus, with flavors, tastes, colors and ingredients specially selected as if they were notes to make up pleasant musical compositions with no jarring notes, starting from the choice of aperitif cocktail right through to the dessert, always on tune with the chosen theme.

✎ Inspiration
For each Menu we reveal our inspiration, that is the original idea and motivation that guided us through its creation.

✎ Preparation
In this session we suggest how to go about preparing the menu in terms of time and task schedule, in order to optimize the preparation of each single dish to make sure you complete and present the whole Menu perfectly on time.

✎ How to serve it
This space is dedicated to those who want to offer their guests the best combination of food, wine and extras for each specific Menu. A suggestion on a suitable aperitif cocktail (including its recipe) before sitting down for the meal; the type of wine to be enjoyed with the whole Menu or the single courses, as well as the wine to accompany the dessert. You will also find advice on the type of cheese that will add an extra touch at the end of the meal.
