Private Money App funds both real estate and non-real estate deals that you back with first position liens on real estate, whether your own collateral or a business partner's.

Where there is an existing lien on collateral property, we often "wrap a loan around it" to make a deal work. Private Money App does not make second position loans.

Borrowing from Private Money App does put your collateral at risk in order to protect the private lender who has real money at stake. Be sure that you and your collateral partner discuss what you are getting into!

Unlike other lenders, Private Money App lends in all fifty states! One benefit is that if you have collateral property in one state and a property you want to buy in another, we are your best bet.

This app is not for applying for a house you plan to live in. We do not lend on owner occupied housing.

Because we do not enjoy the leverage benefits of big banks, our rates are higher than traditional mortgages, and also shorter term. To a seasoned real estate investor, we are worth every cent. Sophisticated investors build the cost into their deals.

Once all parts of the application are in and approved, we fund in as little as 48-72 hours. That's faster than a bank!

Private Money App recommends that you have the desired property under contract before you submit the main application in Step 3 of this app.

Since each project is unique, we ask you to fax or mail in additional documents later in the process. For large projects (over $1 million) where you have a PDF or word processed loan summary already prepared, you should e-mail it to CB@PrivateMoneyApp.com immediately after filling out Part 3 in this app. We've done projects up to $15 million, but most are between $50,000 and $250,000. It is unlikely that we would do any project over $50 million, but send it to us anyway. We may have a partner who will.
