Enjoy "18! (pronounced as SHI BA LA!)", the genuine Taiwanese dice game. You would find it in virtually all night market hawkers who sell grilled sausages. It is also a popular pastime during Lunar New Year. Family members or friends would get together and try their lucks.

The rules are simple:
1) 4 dices are rolled each time.
2) 2 dices should be of the same number, the score is counted based on the other 2 dices. Roll the dices again if there are no 2 dices with the same number.
3) If 4 dices are of the same numbers, then it is called "One Color (or Panther)". This is the highest ranking.
4) If the score is 12 (two 6 were rolled), then it is called "18! (SHI BA LA!)". This is the second ranking.
5) If the score is 3 (one 1 and one 2 were rolled), then it is called "BG". This is the lowest ranking.

Example:

3, 3, 4, 5 : counts as 9
2, 2, 2, 5 : counts as 7
1, 3, 5, 6 : no points, roll again
4, 4, 4, 4 : One Color, the highest of all
1, 1, 6, 6 : 18! (SHI BA LA!), counts as 12
6, 6, 1, 2 : BG, counts as 3
