Workflow Semantics or Folksonomy
Metadata Services plug-in allows you to tag individual pages within your InDesign document. This is not an easy task in InDesign but the plug-in UI makes it easy. The page tags give you the keyword relevance you have been looking for in an InDesign document. Page tags are also duplicated in XMP keywords so that they can be seen in Bridge and within InDesign. You can easily export a document from Metadata Services, update pages in InDesign, and import back into Metadata Services with all the page tags remaining intact on the page level.

Zero Configuration Database Engine
To search tags in a document or across multiple documents and display page images containing them, a powerful SQLite database engine is included that installs automatically with no hassles. This means that searches and filtered searches of multiple tags on a page that you are trying to find is easy.
