Digitally sign many files with one click
EditByBSEditor: Code Signer Pro is a very useful tool that allows you to digitally sign many files with One Click. It is a graphical front-end that sends commands to the signtool.exe and pvk2pfx.exe utilities included as part of in the Microsoft Platform SDK (see the Bin folder).
