EditByBSEditor: Vegas Vault is a data Encryption Program that uses the Indium random Number Generator as a stream Cipher. Indium is a real random number generator not a Pseudo random number generator. This means that the stream of numbers that Indium produces can NOT be reproduced. In this application Indium produces a One Time Pad of numbers which are used to encrypt your file.
The one time pad of numbers are stored in the OTP folder and it is these numbers that are ultimately encrypted. This program is very slow when encrypting because Indium is very complex.
