SybasePack, a replacement for 4D SQL Server
EditByBSEditor: SybasePack contains some routine from 4D SQL Server, keeping their names and exact syntaxes, making it easy to MOVE existing 4D 6.5 applications. If you want to upgrade an application that uses 4D SQL Server from 4D 6.5 to 4D 2003, and if you dont want to change one single line of code, then SybasePack has been written for you!

SybaseBack has been developped with the native tools provided by Sybase, it does not use ODBC, JDBC, or tools like FreeTDS, and so, it is the fastest and the safest way to Connect a 4D database with a Sybase Adaptive Server Enterprise.

# Ugrade your code, by changing every call to 4D SQL Server to a call to SybasePack. TechNote: for plug-ins whose routines are tokenized (every 4D Inc plug-in), changing 4D SQL Server by SybasePAck in the nnn4DX folder does not work.
