BSEditor: DXF Import for SpaceClaim is an AutoCAD DXF file import add-in for SpaceClaim. It gives SpaceClaim the ability to import mesh objects from AutoCAD DXF files as solids models in SpaceClaim.
SpaceClaim already has an AutoCAD DXF import feature. However, this import feature imports only 3D solid objects and ignored polyface mesh, polygon mesh and 3d face objects in DXF files. DXF Import for SpaceClaim removes this limitation by giving SpaceClaim the ability to read polyface mesh, polygon mesh and 3d face objects from DXF files and creates corresponding 3d solid models in a SpaceClaim document which can be edited by SpaceClaims direct editing tools.
DXF Import for SpaceClaim is very easy to use. It adds new commands to SpaceClaim. Once installed, it automatically loads itself into SpaceClaim and adds a ribbon bar to the SpaceClaim called SYCODE containing the newly added commands. you can free download DXF Import for SpaceClaim 1.0 now.
