DXF Export for SolidWorks reads the solid models from the current SolidWorks part or assembly and writes them as 3d solids in an AutoCAD DXF file. It can also tessellate the solid bodies into individual triangular meshes. These meshes are then exported to a DXF file as 3D Polyface Mesh, 3D Face, Line or Point objects.

DXF Export for SolidWorks is very easy to use. It adds new commands to SolidWorks.
