Shopping List especially designed for Restaurants.
If you are a honest restaurateur and somewhat forgetful this app is for you. There is nothing worse than saying you do not have your dishes when a client ordering the food. And even worse, if you have done the shopping and just forget to buy something because you left out of your shopping list.
This app helps you remember what you have to order and buy to keep your restaurant running.
It comes loaded with more than 200 products in the shopping usual restaurants so you can try it and see if it meets your shopping routines. If so, we recommend that gradually start adding products, suppliers and categories that you are using. The app gradually learns what your favorite products and we will display them on the products screen, just the 30 products you buy most often.
The app is divided into three screens:
Menu. Here you can configure all the products you buy, assign provider, category and unit.
If you add the email to your suppliers with a single click you can send the order to their email. You avoid talking to an answering machine each night and avoid mistakes. For this function to work we recommend that you put your own email in the settings section so the provider receives the order as if it was send from your own restaurant email.
We plan to include several functions to automate the procurement process. Including a synchronization between the different people involved in procurement (chef, owner, waiters and anyone who wants to help). We expect this improvement is in the next version, meantime you can add the emails of your teammates so each time you send an order they will receive them too and they are up to date.
Menu. In this section you can also send an email if there is something you do not like, is failing or suggestions. We have a restaurant like you and we are doing quite well with the app but we want to improve the most. So your ideas and feed back is more than welcome.
And if you like the app you can share it with your colleagues by any route. Email, gmail, whatsapp ...
The products section. It will have 30 more shopping products, so that with a simple click is added to the list of products you need. Just open the app and it will appear in alphabetical order, but gradually you use the app, the list will automatically personalize to your business learning what you order more often.
Here is an example of how it works. Cook says the salt is running out amid a service. You open the app quickly view favorites and probably the product is there. If not is there because you only purchase salt from time to time, try the search box up there and put salt. Click and go. It´s already in the list.
And the list section. It's the shopping list itself. That is what you have been aiming for throughout the day. When you get ready to order you can see if everything is correct, see the amounts left and if you have set up your email provider you can just click the envelope icon and send the order!
It is an app only for restaurants and we do not recommend to use for other purposes.
We have a restaurant and after trying several Android applications targeted to individuals found no one help us one hundred percent. Some are very good but do not understand how fast we work sometimes in the hospitality business.
