It's a free application which you can install on your android device as a Live Wallpaper.
Installation: "Home screen" -> press "Menu" -> "Wallpapers" -> hit "LiveWallpapers"
This way you'll see currently installed app, which you can install to your desktop.
This wallpaper test on all Samsung devices, including Nexus, Note, S2, S3 and S series.
You can install it on Motorola, LG and HTC phones as well.
