-See details about each doctor, like medical specialty, education
-View the visit cost -Have a video or phone visit

To sync mobile device with your web-version of HMSA’s Online Care account:
1. Open your HMSA’s Online Care mobile app
2. Create a 6-digit Passcode
3. Enter appropriate information at “Tell us About Yourself”
*If you are an HMSA member, the system should find you even if you have not yet created an HMSA Online Care Account
*If no record found – an account will be created for you.
*If record found – choose one of the following options to get your PAIRING CODE:
1. email My Code:
• If you have not yet set up your HMSA Online Care account, we do not have an email address for you. Please choose option 2.
• If you have already set up your HMSA Online Care account and entered an email address at the time of enrollment (or updated your profile with a new email), use this email address.
• If you are not an HMSA member but have an HMSA Online Care account, your email is your username
2. Get My Code Online:
• Instructions will be provided for you to retrieve your pairing code by logging in to your Online Care account on the web.
3. Create New Account:
• Select this if you are not an HMSA member and you have never created an Online Care Account
For options 1 (Email My Code) or 2 (Get My Code Online), you will be taken to a page where you will enter your 8-digit pairing code to sync your web and mobile accounts.
