• Obtain emergency dental information.
• Link to access the United Concordia Chomper Chums™ app, designed to help parents to teach their children healthy brushing techniques and to build strong brushing habits.
• Contact Customer Service.
For United Concordia members, the app has special features to allow them to:
• View and present a virtual ID card to dentists.
• Check current dental coverage status.
• Access a summary of recent dental claims and procedures.
