The Reduced Breathing app is your companion app when performing Prof. K.P. Buteyko's exercises: Suitable for both beginners and advanced students.

All users have unlimited free access to the two first Reduced Breathing exercises. When your teacher verifies your account, you receive access to the third exercise called "Repeat CP". Your teacher is then also able to track your progress on the www.buteyko.co website
The Reduced Breathing app also has a "health form" functionality with which you can indicate the seriousness of your chronic disease symptoms on a scale of 0 to 10, for the following conditions:

A lessening of symptoms can indicate good progress in your Reduced Breathing practice. A worsening of symptoms however can indicate that there is an issue in your practice which needs to be rectified.
Prof. Buteyko's exercises also provide benefits for freediving, breath work, yoga and pranayama enthousiasts. Yogis and freedivers often appreciate the benefits of Prof. Buteyko's reduced breathing practice during their yoga and diving or scuba diving practice.
