With "Future Email", you can setup Emails today that get sent automatically at a later point in time. Thereby, it does NOT matter which Email provider you use- it works for every single one.
There are three things you need to setup: 1. The recipient 2. The Email subject 3. The Email text.
Initially, you will need to input your email provider SMTP data. To avoid this step for most of you, we predefined a list of popular Email hosters in a database you only need to select your provider and no further information is required. The list contains these providers (list still growing):
Gmail
GMX
Yahoo
AOL
Arcor
bluemail.ch
directBox
freenetMail
iCloud
mail.de
My opera Mail
Outlook.com
Smart Mail
SX Mail
Web.de Freemail
Your provider is not in the list? No problem, just select "Other Provider" and input your provider´s SMTP data. You can get these data by checking your providers website or simply by asking them to issue them.
As soon as you saved the "Future Mail" job, the sending is carried out automatically.
"Future Email"s are useful for example in these situations:
*Send congratulations to a workmate or businesspartner
*Send "Happy New Year" Mails to family/friends
*Send an Email to yourself to recall a certain task *and much more!
